L: bright to brilliant auburn permeated by streams of rapidly rising bubbles under a 2" light tan cap with good retention and a very fine bead
S: It has rich, malty aromas that span bread crumb, bread crust, and dark bread. There is a malty spiciness in the background and traces of dark dried fruit.
T: Rich malt flavors include a range of mildly sweet dark sugar flavors and bread crumb, bread crust, dark bread and some grainy flavors.
F: The body is medium full and the carbonation is medium. The alcohol is mildly warming but it is not hot or harsh
