L: bright amber gold with copper highlights permeated by moderately fast rising streams of bubbles under a 2" white to cream colored cap with fair to good retention
S: aromas of citrus, grass, ditch weed, melon, alcohol and bread crumb
T: Rich melon, citrus and tropical fruit flavors roll over the tongue matched by big bitterness and enough malt and alcohol to pull everything together
F: The body is medium plus and mildly creamy with a little texture from added oats. The carbonation is medium.
O: A big beer that can take the place of a mixed drink any day
