Light, golden amber color. Subtle, fruity spice aroma with a hint of lemon. A bit sharp, light on the lightly toasted malt and a bit thin on the body and taste.
IBU: 25

A nice pint with a good full flavor profile, but it isn’t entirely to style for me, and the finish doesn’t
quite come to a neat point. Looks great in the tall glass, clear gold, lots of carb bubbles streaming upward, decent little head and some retention. Nose is yeasty white bread and a little spring flower (more green than perfumed). Sweet and light but not too sweet. On the tongue, it moves a bit, still sweet but less flowery and more summery vegetal, green and fresh... with good breadiness, still. Carb might be a little low, but for the style, substantial body. Flavor goes a little flat toward the end. All in all, good offering of style that I wish I could find more regularly...potential to be even better.

This has been brewed again under batch #102, 1 of the few to be brewed again. Poured a clear yellow color. Smell and taste had floral crisp hops with cracker bread malts. Mouth was not a crisp as i would have like nor a grassy in hops had a odd malt finish. Was not a fan of this rendition as i really like the style. Will have to try it again.
