16oz can 'filled on 05/27/25' and poured into a becher shows a clear, yellow-gold body with rising bubbles to a proud 1" head of thin bubbles that recede to a fluffy cap that leaves moderate spotted lacing.
Aroma is my older brother's bedroom in high school. Three of us shared the same one, but this odoriferous contribution was all his. Dank...and then some pine, grapefruit and melon.
Flavors match, leaning vegetal with pine resin and alcohol.
Feel is slightly sticky and leaves the palate with a hot fusel reminder.
Overall, strong, maybe more so than necessary.

16oz can. Label has this information 'FILLED ON 07.25.25', about three weeks in the can.
Clear, deep gold colored body. One thick finger of white head. Leaves behind web patterns of lacing.
Aroma of sweet malt, citrus, and dank bud.
Taste is sweet and dank, with flavors from toasted malts, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and cannabis. Aftertaste stays sweet and dank.
Slightly more than medium mouthfeel. Has a minor bud stickiness. Higher ABV% has a slight sting, and vapors. Excellent carbonation (the foam cap follows the body all the way down the glass).
Good balance between the sweetness and and dankness.

Poured from a 16 ounce can. Looks like a West Coast double IPA. Smells like an onion patch. Taste follows. Barely drinkable. Hope this isn't what they intended, because it's pretty awful.

Canned 1/2024
Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light golden to orange color with a strong white head. SRM of 7-8. (4.00)
Aroma: Stronger aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, dank, pine, and some herbal notes. (4.25)
Flavor: Flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, a better pine note on the finish. Resinous and clean. Light herbs. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, average, carbonation, finishes, bitter, clean, slightly herbal. (4.25)
Compared to Stone Ruination 3/2024: Pours nearly identical. Similar aromas. More tangerine, pineapple, herbal notes. Similar pine, but slightly less bitter and also less sweet. Similar overall.
Authentic aromas. Matches it with the flavor. Bitter grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple. Bitter pine off the finish wiht a mild herbal note. Mildly sweet, leans bitter. I think Venn makes a great West-Coast IPA here and one I'd pick up again. (Rating: 4.14)

Went to Downtown Liquor store in Minneapolis to get some King Sue DIPA, and decided to check out the 16 oz can of Venn Brewing's Chronicopia.
Golden pour with white foam cap. The blend of Mosaic, Eureka & Columbus works well in combination, as the Eureka balances the citrus, mango, and pineapple of the Mosaic, and the Columbus give a punchy aroma. Very smooth going down, and packs a little kick. Overall, a fine West Coast DIPA.

One hit (sorry… whiff) of this beer takes me back to a summer night in Boulder (CO). If you hate the smell of weed, probably avoid this one. However, if you can appreciate the fragrance and flavor of some good ganja then this is a beer for you.
The body is nothing special, just your typical golden IPA body with very very little haziness.
The taste matches the smell - so again, it’s very dependent on your opinions of the devil’s lettuce.
It’s relatively smooth and does not have as much of the IPA mouthfeel that turns people away from IPAs in general.

On draft at Venn. Poured a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sticky rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of pine, orange, grapefruit and sweet caramel. Great citrus taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.

Thanks to Jeff for this one. Dated 5.24.22... so definitely not retired.
750ml crowler into a Founders snifter. Shared with schen9303.
Pours a crisp, clean, clear goldenrod with a foamy white head. Moderately good head retention with thick, chunk lace. The nose brings me back. I get fresh cut grass, soap, dew, and a biting hop bitterness that only an old-school style West Coast IPA coul deliver. Beer opens slightly sweet. I get fresh grass, citrus rind, lemon freshness, and a spring water sweetness. The middle brings a mellow hop bitterness with loads of leafy wax, more grass, and a touch of pine. Finishes with a lingering, piney sweet/bitter note. Very good. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and goes down crisp, clean, and refreshing. Super drinkable.
This beer is... as they say, the tits. Friggin awesome!

Clear golden color with a large white foamy head. West Coast DIPA with Mosaic, Eureka, and Columbus hops. Not a traditional WC IPA but it is not fruity juice like most IPAs are nowadays. This is dank, weedy, green pepper, and a bit of citrus. Bitterness is low to moderate and nothing like the palate punishing beers of yesteryear. A very satisfying DIPA.

L: Brilliant gold under a 3' off-white cap with good retention
S: has a definite vegetation smell, wet grass, fresh mowed highway median, traces of citrus and dank.
T: Light sweet fruit and citrus introduces a big, luscious bitter that has enough fruit and light malt sweetness to balance.
F: Medium body to medium plus, medium carbonation, creamy.
O: Hop lead in this big, bitter IPA but it has enough support from the malt to make you want more
