Dry? Check. Hoppy? Check. Bitter? Czech. Our Pils pays homage to its origins. Plzen, Czech Republic. But we got a little carried away with it in a very German kind of way. Crisp and carefully crafted with 100% Pilsner malt, Loral and Tettnang hops, and German Lager yeast., it's an old-world beer made for the modern-day drinker. Na zdravi!.

16 oz can filled 7/10/23 into a tall Pilsner glass.
L: Pours radiant 95% clear deep yellow gold with a rounded 1/4" white head that has very good retention, strong steady carbonation bubbles, head recedes to thick froth, thick sticky lacing spots.
S: Bready, hay, lightly floral, a hint of pastry dough.
T: Fruity, moderately rich, citrus zest, lemon, green melon rind, pine resin, caramelized malts, spicy hops. It is full-flavored, very bright tasting and leans toward bitter.
F: Crisp, firm, attentive medium-bodied mouthfeel with a full middle and a long finish that is moderately drying.
O: An all-around incredible beer. Beautiful attenuation with full flavor, fruity with spicy hop bitterness and has a fast, dry finish. One of the best American Pilsners I've had. It is world-class in its style.

16oz can. Label has canned on date of '4.10.23'.
Clear, straw colored body. One thin finger of white head, turns into partial cap and ring. No lacing.
Aroma of red grape and bread malt.
Taste of grain and barley malts, floral hops, and earthy yeast. Slightly sweet and grainy in the aftertaste.
Thinner mouth feel. Drying finish. Good carbonation.
Expressive in the aroma and taste. Slightly sweet but malt grounded. Juicy but with a dry finish. I like the canning line 16oz beers.

On draft at Venn. Poured a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of toasted caramel, grassy notes and hints of citrus. Sweet bready malt taste with caramel and a mild bitterness.
