On tap at Union 32 in Eagan. Pours dark for a cream ale, very thick, frothy head that lasts for a fair amount. Nose is dry, taste is not as dry as expected, starts out sweeter and finishes dry.

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light golden color with a moderate white head. SRM of 6-7. (3.75)
Aroma: Mild aromas of pale malts, cream, bread. (3.75)
Flavor: Moderate flavors of pale malts, bread, with a light fruity yeast. Dry and clean. (3.75)
Feel: Medium-bodied, strong carbonation and yeast. Finishes yeasty, yet smooth. Clean. (3.75)
Compared to New Glarus Spotted Cow 4/2024: Pours similar, milder head. Less cream and bread notes. More yeasty. Similar flavors. Winner: New Glarus.
Overall: A nice cream ale, with a bit of a fruity yeasty note. Similar to New Glarus Spotted Cow. Not overly sweet. Done well. (Rating: 3.75)
