Lightly chill hazed burnt gold with a white head of moderate height settling slowly to a bubbly yet creamy collar.
Semisweet whole kernel cornbread drizzled by honey meets a hint of herbal chestnut before veering back and exhaling freshly baked bread for days.
The delicately round, fluffy medium body comes to a tingly semi-dry finish where some kind of uniquely accenting tang that I can't identify crops up.
