A beautiful bronze high gravity beer presenting a full-bodied nose from local honey balanced by a light bready base and crisp finish.

Over a barely foggy yellow-gold body, a just off-white head of moderate height settles to an uneven blanket curled short at the bubbly collar on the opposite side of a sip.
Quite tangy and herbal, it's got an almost resinous, sort of catty hoppiness I didn't expect, somewhat influenced by hints of allium and, is that rye? There's also a bit of graham in the background.
Overall semi-bitter, the medium body has a mild froth and finishes semi-dry.
Ah, it's the ABV that's hitting my palate a little unexpectedly. I didn't realize this was a stronger brew. It kind of gives me Dogfish Head vibes in the exhale. Hmm, that's different for the Pig.
