Mostly opaque dull tannish-yellow with a short puffy off-white head that dies to an uneven film and thick collar leaving short spiky lacing.
Quite tart and juicy--more tart than I expected--its pineapple twang meets a dominating Berliner culture before receding to a slightly bready and biscuity exhale.
