Tap only. Tasted on 12-22-24. The beer made for their seventh anniversary.
Red-brown with white fluffy head. Mostly clear body with light lacing.
Full malt aroma with a hint of honey.
Taste follows nose as the flavor is the hefty malt bill with a strong honey flavor. The ABV is well masked and welcome as I walked around the property when drinking most of this beer.
Mouthfeel is heavy with solid carbonation. The sweetness is substantial but does not approach cloying. A light hop flavor is present, but it only cuts into the malt bill. This is not a hoppy beer.

Lightly foggy amber-red with a puffily convex tan head that settles to leave fine curtain sheeting on the glass.
A really subtle, softly crisp crusher, it's mildly tangy yet semi-bitter of light rinds and leaves but with a semisweet almost maple or graham contrast. There are further complexities that I'm having a terrible time putting my finger on but I really like them.
The body is medium-light at first, but expands via a fine froth before finishing semi-dry.
Hands down the best red lager OR ale I've ever had. I wish this was bottled or that I had brought my growler down.
