Foggy salmon pink with a short but persistent white head.
It's got a nice tartness with a surprisingly round, nearly full body despite a crisp fizz that delivers lightly salted cracker with a touch of lemon pie with cranberry compote topping.
Far more enjoyable than the first "fruited" gose I had from here.
