L- Superficially black, with a halogen torch behind it's suuuuper dark ruby red. Pours with 2mm tan head/
S- I'm congested ugh. Cocoa is clea though\
T- Cldbe over-rich with this profile but it certainly isn't. Warming a touch and geting seriously chocolatey (tip: don't overchill it!). Roasty-toasty.
F- Somewhat richer than regular stout but zero risk of approaching sweet/over-rich which seems easy to do in moden stouts.
O- Very nice. Could easily have been rich or sweet but it's not, just tiny hints that way. Almost sessionable if you like black beer and choco!
