Tartshake brewed with peach pureé, apricot pureé, organic jasmine peach white tea, milk sugar, and Madagascar vanilla bean.
Celestial Shore is the original Tartshake, the first we ever brewed back in 2017 and the one that set the path for the dozens that have followed. Made with tons of peach and apricot pureé, as well as organic jasmine peach white tea, the stone fruit flavor jumps out of this beer.

Thickly opaque maize with a short off-white head settling to a creamy ring.
Taste is more like fresh, very floral peach than anything, even at times resembling yellow apple.
The moderately light body has a soft but finely sparse carbonation that comes to a semi-dry finish.
It really is like biting into a peach, and refreshing in that way, but also kind of one note while totally losing any associations with IPA.

16 oz can
Pours cloudy juicy orange, sugar white head is pillowy and dissipates to suds.
Smells of peach, citrus, sourdough bread and a hint of coriander.
Tastes of fresh peach, bread malts, citrus and herbal hops.
Medium body, stinging carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
This is described as a tartshake IPA. It's only a little sour and not overly hoppy. Very mild and easy drinking. Doesn't feel like 7.5. Definitely worth trying and a worthy can debut for Cinderlands.
