IPA brewed with Citra, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, and Mosaic.
Citra, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, and Mosaic come together less to sing sweet harmonies than to trade buzzsaw slide guitar solos over rumbling Hammond B3 vamps. We're pulling big ripe pineapple, sticky mango nectar, blue spruce tips, and Meyer lemon zest out of this one, rolling from bright, sparkly green hop aroma to dense, palate-probing tropical thiol mid-palate, and a dank Super Silver Haze-coated peach ring finish. The Simcoe cryo adds a bright top note and makes for a dense, punctuated experience.
