Sparkling clear gold with a puffy white meringue head that retains well and clings to the glass in lumpy chunks.
Toasty corn pairs with a mildly woody yet herbal bitterness that finishes bone dry.
Cleanly on-style? Check. Quite enjoyable? Also check.

Pours mostly clear straw golden, sugar white head dissipates to a lacing.
Aroma of fresh grassy and cereal malts. Hints of citrus.
Flavor of cereal malts, citrus, barley, hints of clover.
Light body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Solid pilsner, good flavor, sessionable and super easy drinking. Could drink this regularly.

Pours a dull-straw color with a frosty appearance. Head is a finger and a half of white foam. Aroma is pale, biscuity, wafery, straw malts with a sprig of grassy and spicy hops. Focus is more malt than home. Flavor profile is straw, biscuity, wafery, crackery malts with spicy, zesty, herbal and grassy hops adding depth and balance. More of a 50/50 between malts and hops here, with malts forming the bulk of the initial flavors. Mouth feel is crisp despite a modest stillness and softness. It has a medium-thin thickness. Overall, great straightforward pilsner with a little playfulness in the flavor profile. This is crushable while still remaining flavorful.

Checks all the boxes - crisp body, lighter malt & grain notes with slight, floral hop bite at the end. As far as a version you’ll find on this side of the pond in a small brewery goes it is pretty darn good

I'm trying this at the brewery. It is a solid Pilsner that poured a clear golden with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had faint grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with solid toasted grain flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
