Double IPA brewed with Simcoe, Chinook, Cascade, and Columbus hops. Dank, piney and citrusy, this beer is deliciously assertive on hop flavor but finishes decidedly smooth and soft.

Couple months old, but still pretty good. Very hazy light gold color, a lot of frothy lacing. Smell is extremely citrusy with orange and lemon notes, a hint of dank weed. Taste is citrusy, piney, slightly bitter, mildly dank. Medium bodied, mouth watering, subtle alcohol presence. Giving it the benefit of the doubt that it was better fresher.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and has bits of amber hues. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of grapefruit and herbs are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of lemon citrus with some hints of pine towards the finish. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied, juicy, and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a very good drinkability for an Imperial IPA and hides any traces of alcohol from the taste.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy orange golden pour, small bubbly head. Sharp, citrusy, tangy aroma, grapefruit peel. Taste is more zesty citrus, some stone fruit and tropical notes. Zippy bitterness lingers.
