Ordered from Tavour, chilled, and poured into an Imperial pint glass.
Look: dark red, cherry color, one finger sized creamy white head that dissipated quickly leaving no surface foam or lacing as we drank.
Smell: cherry notes up front, earthy notes of berry
Taste: sour and light cherry, followed by light earthy berry notes on the back tongue, vanilla follows by it is very light. No booze and no hop notes
Feel: light feel, light carbonation that doesn’t really hang around
QUICK NOTE: Whoever listed this as an IPA... it is a light kettle sour. There is no hop note in this and I would bet the IBUs are pretty small. Overall, as a sour this is light, refreshing and almost like a Kriek with the cherry notes. There are no real depth of notes like a Kriek but still a decent light sour.
Cheers everyone!
