Glossy black with a short mocha head that doesn't have much of a chance to build before receding quickly to a fine chain.
Wonderful char bears close to hickory and smoke without going overboard, pulled back by ropes of dark chocolate, roasted marshmallow and black walnut.
The boozy heat of Blanton's may thin this out a little more than found in Douse: Blend 001, but it's still a medium-light body with a finely crisp carbonation finishing lightly sticky but overall chewy dry.
