From the tall boy can in a snifter via Bluejacket74----another winner
brother! Cheers!
This SOLID IIPA pours a ruby tinged, lightly cloudy, amber with a
fantastic head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping
layer, and sports some nice light lacing. Nose of melon, pine, herbal
hops, citrus notes of pineapple, mango, and caramel malts. Flavors
follow the nose with pineapple, mango, pine, caramel, strong herbal
hops, and definite honeydew melon (musk to ya'all in Ohio). Nice mouth
feel; medium body, medium light carbonation, finishing dry and coating the
palate with a myriad of hops with a nice sweet background.
Overall, a solid little brew from a newer to me brewery!
Cheers

16 ounce can, no canning date I noticed on it but the All Together website said Y Bridge's version was released on 5/1/20. Purchased at the brewery last weekend. Served in a DFH Spiegelau IPA glass, the beer pours a somewhat clear orange/amber color with about an inch frothy off-white head that stuck around for a while. There's a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice and fruity, the brew smells like tangerine, grapefruit, mango, honeydew melon, bready malt and piney hops. The brew tastes like grapefruit, pine/herbal hops, honeydew melon, mango, bready malt, orange and citrus peel. Not as fruity tasting as the aroma would lead you to believe, and there's a good amount of hoppy bitterness. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's coating and smooth with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was an enjoyable brew, worth a try if you come across some.
