Chevelle Diablo has a thin, beige head, a very dark brown appearance, and minimal lacing. The aroma is of faint brown bread crust. The flavor is of dark brown, almost burnt, bread crust, some cream, coffee, and cocoa. Chevell Diablo has a low-medium body and a dry finish.
