This American lager features a smooth body and straw like color from corn and rice used in the mash. It also features a crispness and drinkability from the cold fermentation. It is rounded out with traditional German hops for mild flavor.

draft pour into pinto glass. straw gold, if not a bit lighter. almost no head (none of their beers ever have much though). kind of cereal grain / corn / ethanol thing going on in the nose. the taste is grainy and lager yeast but with a popcorn flavored finish. medium-full mouthfeel. not bad.
