on tap, served in a snifter. dark brown with lighter edges and a solid finger of off-white foam. this one is immediately ready to go at room temp and has aromas of chocolate, slight caramel and nut and roasted malts. it’s malty on the taste and feel first and foremost but also has a bit of roast to it. it’s pretty easy drinking but it’s also served to be sipped as it’s on the warmer side. pretty good beer.
