Cask conditioned English IPA. This one is for the real beer lovers - slightly bitter, good hop aroma and flavor. Served at cask temperature to really bring out the flavor.

cask pour into standard pub nonic pint glass. light amber in color with almost two fingers of off-white or light sand colored foam. malty on the nose with light earthy hops. tastes follows and this pour is basically at room temp when its served to you. i guess it is cask after all. it’s tasty though and somewhat reminiscent of the pub ales of england with its somewhat bland simplicity. medium-full mouthfeel. pretty solid take on an english cask IPA.
