Cask pour into nonic pint glass. Shiny black and slightly (slowly) cascading to form a finger of mocha brown foam head. Roasted malts, bittersweet chocolate and light coffee roast on the nose. Taste follows with a more pronounced chocolate flavor but it isn't sweet at all. More like baker's chocolate and there is enough flavor from the roasted malts to cut it or balance it. Creamy and medium-full mouthfeel. Super smooth and crazy easy to drink at 6%. Served at the perfect temperature. This is one of the best beers they have ever done.
