Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on February 21, 2019. Double dry hopped version of the house pale ale, Everything Eventually. Brewed and dry hopped with copious amounts of Citra hops, then dry hopped a second time with Mosaic hops.

24 hours prior to having this beer I had never heard of this brewery. After a friend told me he had just had some really good beers from Hacienda, it caught my eye the next day when they were part of a tap takeover during Madison Craft Beer week. Add in the fact that this was a DDH hazy IPA and I was sold.
The first thing that wowed me with this beer was the nose. I could smell it the instant the bartender put the glass down on the bar. The taste was just the right mix of hops, juice and fruit. Immediately bought a crowler so I can enjoy this beer another time.
EDIT: drinking my crowler a week later and it doesn't taste quite as good. I don't think it would fall off this quickly? Or maybe it tasted better last week because I had it right after a barrel aged Imperial Stout? Still damn good.
