Appearance: Pours a mostly clear (20% clarity) medium and bright orange color with a large white head. SRM of 8.

Aroma: Strong meaty aromas upfront. There's meat, smoke and dank herbs. Underneath some tropical and pineapple aromas. (3.50)

Flavor: Strong flavors of smoke, dank herbs, roast. Some citrus and pineapple underneath. More smoke, roast, and meaty cardboard flavors finish. Bitter. (3.25)

Feel: Medium-bodied, strong carbonation. Crisp, clean, and mostly dry. (3.50)

Overall: A disappointment here. Although there's no canning date, that's on them. Smokey, roasted, and meaty. I'd pick any macro hazy IPA over this one unless we're going for a smokey and oxidized beer. Drain poor unfortunately. (Rating: 3.45)

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours hazy orange with a fluffy white head. Smells of citrus and floral hops. Tastes of creamy citrus hops with slight tropical fruit notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

16oz can, snifter glass. Pours a cloudy, appropriately hazy golden yellow body, one finger frothy white head, great retention and nice lacing. Smell is grapefruit, melon and a bit of ripe papaya and a slightly spicy herbal resin. Mild caramel, touch of sugary sweetness to back up the hops. Appropriately hopped up. Flavour follows- smooth grapefruit, tropical fruit, a bit of resin, backed up by a backbone of mild sugary sweet caramel and grain. Finish is mild-moderate zesty bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium in body, good carbonation, not quite a sipper but not quite a down the hatch kind of DIPA either. It's good and one of the better hazy DIPAs they've made.

Poured 16oz can into a snifter. Hazy golden color with floaties and a nice 2 finger white head that fades slowly and leaves a good amount of lacing on my glass. Aromas of ripe tropical fruit and tangerine blended with a touch of light caramel malt. The flavor builds on these bright fruity notes showcasing the mango passion fruit, tangerine, and lightly sweet malts. A balance of juicy and bitter and the body is light-medium, with a more than sufficient carbonation and juicy finish. Hopefully this appears more than once.
