Poured from a 16oz. can into a Rastal Teku glass.
LOOK: Pours a great hazy, opaque orange/yellow. Lots of foam with long-lasting lacing.
SMELL: The usual citra DDH grapefruit, etc. Not super strong, but I don't have a good sense of smell, so...
TASTE: A little tight/bitter/hoppy on the front, then softens into the expected grapefruit.
FEEL: Light, fizzy/carbonated. Not thick and chewy with little mouth coating. Easier drinking than the big Imperial NEIPAs. Very drinkable and refreshing.
OVERALL: This is a favorite. Reminds of a lot of NEIPAs, but the brewery calls it a Pale Ale (double dry hopped.) Always enjoyable, I like this citra version (they mix it up.). I never miss a change to pick some up.
