Beer fermented in a stainless tank with our house brettanomyces strain. Dry hopped with Mosaic hops. Naturally conditioned in the bottle.

A dry-hopped table beer, one of my favorite styles and this one is no exception. Poured carefully, this has slight haze (haze, not turbidity) to a pale golden yellow base with a bubbly frothy white head and if you want more, give the bottle a gentle swirl and you'll get more in the mix.Crisp hay flavor, light acidity, bright zesty slightly dank hops that complement rather than overpower the beer. Very quenching beer that I could drink all day. I look forward to finding this one or more like it again.
