Light gold color with a slight haze. Big citrus smell with pine and resin notes. It’s description claims 105 IBU but that’s way overstated, more like 45 to 50. Very malty, sweetness really cuts the bitterness but the centennial and cascade hops still come through. It’s not a dry IPA so it may not appeal to some. It’s still refreshing and well made. Similar to Texas style IPA’s if your familiar with them. Overall well done. Only available at the brewery in Ruston, LA sadly.
