We take this classic American style, medium-bodied porter made with roasted barley and chocolate malts to give it a balanced rich flavor to start with. However, there is nothing better than adding the amazing flavors of a cinnamon roll to this already great porter to make the perfect winter beer. Think about the amazing smells coming from your Mom, Grandma, or Grandpa’s kitchen and that’s what you will get with this tasty beer!

Pours an effervescent chestnut mahogany a thumb of fast disappearing mocha colored head. Zero head retention & lacing
S: Cinnamon, vanilla
T: Follows the nose, dryness & faint cola notes up front. Plenty of cinnamon, some chicory & a little dryness once warm. Finishes dry with cinnamon & vanilla
MF: Medium body, fairly firm carbonation
Too much cinnamon, just missed the mark

Poured from a can. Very dark in color with a thin tan head. Smells of roasted grain and a hint a cinnamon. Taste follows the smell but with a hint of sweetness to it. Lives up to being a cinnamon bun porter.
