Golden hay colored. Dense white foam cap. Pineapple aroma is off the chart providing a clean tropical sweetness that's not overdone. Mango jelly, sugar donuts. Complex stone fruit flavor: white nectarine, donut peaches, pear. Herbal spice, ginger lemon and sweeter tangerine atop. Smooth, medium and oaty body with mild warmth in the feel. Never too sweet, never too bitter. A pretty mellow drinker.

Canned on 12-30-19, consumed on 2-8-20.
A: Poured into a tulip glass. Body is slightly hazy yellowish-golden with a quarter-finger of white head that settles quickly.
S: Juicy, tropical-fruit-laden hops jump out of the glass. Ripe melon, mango and papaya all come to mind, along with candied oranges.
T: Slightly juicy - this is not a "juice bomb" of an NEIPA. Taste more or less follows the nose, with pineapple added to the tropical fruit mix of ripe melon and papayas. Hint of lemon at the finish, along with a modest earthiness that lingers on the palate.
M: Call it medium in heft, drinks a little lighter.
O: Solid beer. Pairing it with Southern Avenue tonight after a great show last night. Some Mellow Critical Listening is on tap for the evening....

Poured into pint glass at the Brewery. Looks gorgeous. Hopped with Citra and dry hopped with Citra, Enigma and Bru-1. Tastes creamy and juicy. Amazing beer!
