A: Poured from the growler into a Piraat tulip/snifter-type glass. Body is murky light-golden in color, with a 1.5-finger fluffy white head on top, which recedes to leave a good amount of foamy lacing on the glass.
S: Some floral notes, some tropical fruit, and a mustiness that seems a little off.
T: Sweet tropical fruit foundation - think mango, papaya - some apricot, maybe even white grapes, and a faint lemony bitterness at the finish, which provides a bit of balance (though the sweeter hop flavors ultimately prevail).
M: Light-to-medium in heft, with modest, fine carbonation.
O: Solid. It grows on me after a few sips. An easy drinker.
