Note: My can says 6.6% ABV (as opposed to the 6.3% currently listed here). Canned on 10/22/20, consumed on 11/21/20 - so just under the wire as less than a month old.
A: Poured from the can into a tulip glass. Body is hazy pale golden with khaki undertones. Half-finger of white head on top.
S: Good nose of raw, green hops and tropical fruit - think melon rind, under-ripe pineapple and a touch of grain (straw).
T: A tropical fruit salad of pineapple, under-ripe melon, green grape skins and a hint of apricot. Fruity bitterness is the predominant impression - this one is juicy like a NE IPA, but has some good bitterness like an old school West Coast IPA. Lemony finish.
M: Medium in heft, modestly juicy in feel. Drinks "lighter" than it feels.
O: Quite good - flavorful, leaning towards the bitter end of the spectrum, but easy to drink.

Pastel canary gold. So, the aroma doesn't light up a room but features lemon starburst, pink grapefruit, green honeydew, and starfruit. Fleshy melon flavor, pine and clementine before a seeping earthy dankness sets in
Pick out your seeds and stems cuz it's one of the most ganja forward beers I've had, and very smooth at that like a bong hit with fresh water smooth. Mandarin cookies x watermelon gelato. Skunky, citrus forward sour.

On tap at the brewery, Phoenicia, NY.
Glowing goldenrod with all the haze; concentrated lemon zest + cantaloupe; mango, grapefruit zest, some grass then huge dirty ganga; weedy finish with oil + IBUs.
4 4 4.25 4 4.5
Kronik + zest x10 - unprecedented intensity. Not even juice, just straight hops - is that the freshness of drinking at source? Brings it, in a big way.
