Can purchased from Westmere Beverage in Westmere, NY.
This one pours a golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like honey malt, spicy hops, and a bit of bready malt.
This does exactly what it wants to do. A good house lager is crisp and clean, with a refreshing hop character, but nothing all that crazy. There's a slightly sweet honey malt character, with some breadiness.
This is light bodied, clean and super crisp, with a very good drinkability. I really like the litle 12 oz cans, but that's not counting towards the score.
This is probably the best beer that I've had from Woodstock so far - it's really carefully well done.

Dense nuggets of green tea mochi; matcha powder, strawnana, hayseed and fresh grass coats the glass rim. From the toasted malt, the green hops, and the semi-tart berries all I'm really getting is fresh hop cone. The malt is light, doughy, and flaky enough to sustain a light impression.
