Brewed with pale and wheat malt, conditioned on generous amounts of Pineapple, Mango, Passion fruit and tart Key lime to complement the lactic acid, and light sourness that fades into a sweet finish with a hint of Himalayan pink salt. The perfect spring beer to sit in the yard and soak up some sun.

A: Lemon to golden in color. Some fizzy head right after the pour but pretty stolid thereafter.
S: Mango-pineapple. A grassy lactose sourness that I associate with goat's milk.
M: The wheat gives it a soft and med body without it being heavy. Salt gives a good tingle that I'm not getting from the carbonation.
T: Great melange of sweet pineapple slices and tart passionfruit. Noticeable lactic presence gives off the impression of a mango lassi or a key lime pie. Moderate salt flavor dries things out in the end while lingering on the lips. It's all things refreshing from the sour to the salt to background sweetness.
