A: Golden pineapple matte upon which sits pale daffodil. White, fizzy head.
S: Very enticing and concentrated sweetness...very tropical like a mango lassi or melted creamsicle.
M: Very much a sour with a fizzy, loght-med body and well-carbonated. Light on the juicy character. Mimosa-like.
T: Delivers on the sour with veiled citrus sweetness...fresh squeezed juice, sour patch kids ice pops. Not-too-sweet pineapple and then pine needles. It kinda ends there although there were a few sips when it popped... mostly after eating something spicy; so, it pairs well with Latin and Indian fare.
It's very unfair that the first comp that pops into my mind is HV Isosceles because I should be able to think about this beer on it's own merits. And it does... the aroma is outrageous, but the biggest difference comes in MF. It's crisper with a champagne yeastiness... more brunch in presentation. Balances rich and spicy foods, and it's refreshing with good ABV.
