A: Midnight/muddy brown. Aggressive pour from crowler didn't dive much more than 1/2F of soapy head that didn't even have full coverage.
S: Bright, floral and citrus toned coffee with mild raisin, basic chocolate, and hints of shaved coconut. Little to no roast, slight grainy, wet nuttiness from oats.
M: Full-med body with a creaminess that abuts directly with the clashing acidity.
T: Good acidity. Fresh chocolate shavings that add a lifting brightness rather than weighty and melting indulgence. Woodiness backed by unsweetened coconut...floral, red ripe berry. Has an iced coffee vibe to it...I wouldn't actually mind having this in the Summer because of the perky floral and citrus character.
