Best by 12/18/17.

Pours a hazy light yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, dried orange peel, coriander, and yeast aromas. Taste is much the same with dried orange peel, coriander, and yeast flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty, light, and easy to drink.

Serving type: bottle.

Light blond haze with a head of foam that disappears rather quickly. Light smell of clove and sweetness. Nice taste: lots of herbs running amoc in here, with hints of vanilla and oranges. Full body that continues in the aftertaste. Nice full mouth feel. Good witbier, worth a try.

This pours a crystal clear straw yellow body with a fluffy finger white head. Wait, a witbier without suspended yeast is just wrong. This must have stood upright for a too long time. Therefore I swirled the sediment from the bottom and added it to get not to strong but appropriate murkiness. Head is not stable but a thin layer remains and leaves lacing

nose is typical, lots of coriander first that gives way to more orange and then some humble yeast.

Taste is coriander and orange and a rather strong bitterness that is not typical and a bit unpleasant.

Very effervescent on the the tongue and towards throat. Smooth but could be smoother.

Not bad but also not very special witbier. I guess I will not get this again. When I drink a witbier I do not expect or want bitter, but instead I want a pleasant bier with some smooth fruitiness.

New bottles say that this is a witbier.
A: Pretty clear, sort of a homemade cream soda color. Chunks of sediment floating around. Barely any rising carbonation.
S: A beautiful wit smell. Rich with citrus and coriander. very nice
T: A bit sweet, certainly citrusy. Pretty solid. Not really bitter.
M: A sharp sparkle of carbonation.
O: A pretty decent wit, would certainly have it again
