Pours a slightly cloudy pale straw coloration with a medium, fizzy head. Smells of light wheaty, biscuity malt and citric acidity, with a hint of sea salt coming through as well. Taste follows the nose, with notes of wheaty malt, zesty, acidic citrus notes and just a hint of hay and coriander coming through as well. Finishes with a mild acidity and some sea salt lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

This is a great classic Gose with a mild acidity and salt level, as well as a very nice, mellow balance. I couldn't really detect any seaweed, but there is a rather pleasant, if subtle, coriander note to this.

Bottle, 6m to bb.

Hazy paleness, quickly dissipating foam, continued small scale bubbling from the bottom of the glass. All good.

Aroma is as should be, fresh saltiness mixed with citric notes.. but there is an exciting layer of sweet floral notes.

Taste adds tartness in moderation, emphasis on the sea but nothing of the seaweed that I can detect. Perhaps seaweed when fermented creates those floral notes? Very nice.

Overall a very good gose with a nice balancing floral aspect.

Pale blonde with thin ring of head.

Aromas of dough, sea salt, moss/lake water, and coriander.

Very bright. Tart, slightly salty, with lime and limestone character, light hibiscus, and a murky freshness I can only attribute to seaweed.

Light, easy, and carbonated.

Overall, a standout Gose. Try it.

Too salty. Good Gose just use the salt to accentuate the flavors rather than being really salty. It is a balance that is not well executed in this. The tartness is more citric than lactic but that doesnt bother
