Look: dark brown. Dense head.
Smell: toasted grain, some caramel, coffee.
Taste: Salty! With a typical porter background (toasted grain and caramel), perhaps a touch of burnt flavour. Strong, fishy umami.
Body: medium bodied and carbonation.
Overall: a surprising combination, "laverbread porter". The combination worked somehow and thoroughly enjoyed the drink.
