Clear orange copper with white stable head with fine to medium bubbles
smells fresh, spicy, almost noble, prickly, later also fruity like strawberry with mango
taste is more American hops, strawberry, grapefruit, quite bitter but not overpowering, balancing biscuit malt sweetness
a bit dull, which makes it a sipper, appropriate of course for the ABV
Enjoyed it a lot. A pleasure to drink a very fresh tasting American IPA made in Holland. Even though it seems to be 4 month old already.
