Collaboration with Fanø Bryghus.
Our Session New England IPA brewed with Kveik yeast and Rose hips, is a collaboration with Fano Brewery. Expect a fruity mix of Rose Hips and Kveik influences and a very drinkable Session IPA blended in one.

Rindby 15/7 2020. 33 cl bottle from Fanø Bryghus, Strandvejen, Fanø. Drawing of Rose hips with glasses and mustaches on the label.
Pours hazy, golden orange with a small white head. Settles as thin, frothy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruitiness and tart, sour notes. Sweet oranges and tangerine. Tart unripe berries. Citrus and lime.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and almost fizzy texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit thin. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry.
Tart, sour and probably hip even though the hip kveik yeast is fairly subdued.
