Breakfast Coffee stout
Barrel Aged. Single Grain Scotch Whisky Barrels.
If you've had second breakfast, why not go for third? This dangerously smooth Stout has aged for 376 days in Dailuaine Single Malt barrels. Rich coffee aromas lead the way, followed by notes of red fruits, chocolate, a whisper of maple syrup and with a touch of wood astrigency. First, second, or third breakfast? Who cares, just pour another.

Copenhagen 30/5 2026. 33 cl bottle from A Good Case web-shop. Black and green label with a lot of gold and obscure writing which looks like something from the appendices of Tolkiens Lord of the Rings.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Stable. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairy intense with a sweet odor of dark malts mingling with sharp coffee and booze scent of whisky. Like an Irish coffee without the sugar. Wood and sour grains.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit greasy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter coffee with a hard, sharp edge of alcohol. Light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry,
A bitter boozy Breakfast.
