33cl bottle. Hazy orange pour with a nice white head. Smells of caramel, bananas, overripe fruit and yeast. Taste is sweet and salty, and, of course, bitter - quite refreshing, with a medium body and medium level of carbonation.

Dark yellow haze with a thick head of foam that quickly turns into a thin but steady one. Smell of citrus, yeast and clove. Citrus continues in the taste, suplemented by banana. Rich yet subtle in flavour, although the citrus could be a bit too dominating for some. Lacks the smoothness of a regular hefeweizen; more stingy due to carb. Nice Hefeweizen with a twist. For those who want a lemon taste in their Weizen/witbier, without ruining its integrity.

Pours rather coarse foam that reduces fast to rim, not typical for the style. Murky dark orange body, no carbonation visible.
Nose is dominantly green banana with some yeast, sweet malt and a hint of sour, which stems probably from the late hop addition of the new hop star Saphyr.
Some malt sweetness, little sour, banana.
A bit flat for a Hefeweizen, undercarbonated for the style, but not as flat as it looks. Smoothness due to yeast presence is there but could be stronger. Body is medium light.
