A: The beer is hazy dark caramel amber in color. It poured with a quarter finger high light beige head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of malts and associated sweetness are present in the nose along with hints of grassy hops.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a light to moderate amount of bitterness from leafy green hops, which takes an edge off of all of the flavors of caramel and malts.
M: It feels just about full-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation with some warming from the alcohol.
O: This beer is pleasant to sip and isn't overly boozy.
