Appearance - The beer was mauve in color with visible carbonation and a white head.
Smell - The nose had a fruit acidity but also had sweetness.
Taste - My initial impression was this beer is the love child of Boo Berry cereal and agave. The blueberry did not seem natural, but was tasty. Perhaps it was the effect of the sweet agave. The agave know it’s carried to the finish.
Mouthfeel - with moderate carbonation, the beer had a slight level of acidity. It was somewhat like a sour.
Overall - A weird but drinkable beer.
