Appearance - The beer poured a golden color with visible carbonation and a white head.
Smell - The pickle notes are apparent with hints of the spice to come.
Taste - Pickle notes come toward the front, initially giving a mild presentation. The heat was there initially, but it builds overtime. After a pint, you could really feel the spice. This does not take away from the pickle presence. There was a touch of acidity. On a sidenote the bass beer is largely undetectable.
Mouthfeel - The carbonation was appropriate, but it does not wash away the spice.
Overall - this was my favorite beer at Dirty Job.
