Copenhagen 9/2 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Balck can with Gross' usual design where they writ the name of the brewery vertically on the can. This time in white. Black background with horizontal stripes in red, purple green and blue.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairy intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruit soon overpowered by a strong citric and tart scent, Sweet peach and apricot. Citrus and grapefruit. Lemon. Sharp and punctual.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Lingers for a while, Finish is dry.
Satisfying Bixi.
