Collaboration with Cerveza Chutney & Seven Islands Brewing.
Created in collaboration with Chutney and Seven Islands Brewing, this is a modern IPA where the collaboration can be tasted in every detail. It combines the strengths of three breweries in a hazy, fruity universe, where tropical notes, citrus and a light bitterness merge.

Copenhagen 7/2 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Can in Gross' usual design with the name of the brewery written vertically in white on the can. Green and yellow circles in the background
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a midsized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer, Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor of ripe stone fruit mingling with a zesty and sharp citric scent. Sweet peach and nectarine. Citrus and lime. A little searing.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fresh and well-balanced with a nice bitter afterplay.
