New beer in the base range. A NEIPA (6%) that has come to stay. A Gross-style hop bomb brewed with rolled oats and fermented with our fruitiest house yeast. Dry hopped with Ekuanot, Citra and Mosaic, it comes packed with notes of mandarin nectar, mango and orange Haribo bears.

Copenhagen 1/3 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case webshop. Black can with the name of the brewery written vertically and blue, yellow and purple horizontal stripes. Looks a bit like a Energy drink containing a shitload of caffeine.
Pours unclear opaque golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruit mingling with a warm scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricots. Tangerine and orange. Utterly pleasant.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a citric touch. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Not exactly risky - but quite nice.
